“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the high quality and professional service that your company has repeatedly provided to our home since we moved into the area one year ago. Since moving into our home we have used your heating and plumbing services numerous times and each time the personnel sent out for the job have been pleasant, professional and always sure to explain what had been or needed to be done for the job to be done right.
Most recently I contracted with Williams Energy to change our residential heating and cooking fuel to natural gas. The process was initiated with a conversation with Gary Drinkwater and ultimately led to the work being started and completed this week. For 4 days I had the pleasure to have the technicians in my home working tirelessly to get the job done right. A project of this rarely goes with a hitch, and this one was no exception. However at any time the rare glitch happened both service technicians quickly and effectively handled the situation and overcame the challenge with pleasant attitude.
In my experience it is rare that I look forward to having a service person come out to fix a problem or make an improvement in my home; so many times it is expensive and the project doesn’t get done to my complete satisfaction. My experience with Williams is quite to the contrary; each time I am satisfied and almost look for something else for them to do. My numerous experiences has led me to basically make my project and repair a no-bid situation, I just call Williams and make an appointment.
