A service plan is the easiest way to protect the equipment that keeps your home comfortable and safe. Your heating and cooling systems and your water heater are big investments in your South Shore home, and professional maintenance and repairs help you get the most out of them. That is why Williams Energy service plans are so popular: they cover a wide range of systems, hold down repair costs, and keep your equipment running its best, no matter how old it is.

Protect Your Equipment, Protect Your Comfort

Proper, professional maintenance does two things at once. It keeps your system running efficiently, and it catches small problems before they turn into the kind of breakdown that leaves you without heat on a cold night.

Our plans cover boilers, furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pump systems, and no matter the age of the equipment, a plan helps maximize efficiency and longevity while reducing the need for unexpected repairs. Coverage includes discounts on labor and parts, and some plans even include a periodic tune-up.

Service Plan Questions, Answered

What do your service plans cover?

Our plans cover heating, cooling, and hot water equipment, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pump systems. Coverage includes labor and a 15% discount on parts that wear out, and the protection plans also include a periodic tune-up.

Which plan is right for me?

It depends on your equipment and how much coverage you want. The basic plan covers labor and parts discounts, the protection plans add a tune-up, and the Special plan adds an expanded parts list and extended coverage hours through the heating season. We help you pick the right fit.

Do service plans include a tune-up?

The protection plans do. A periodic tune-up keeps your system efficient and lets our technicians catch small problems early, which is the best way to avoid surprise breakdowns. Air conditioning and heat pump tune-ups require an outside temperature of at least 65 degrees.

Is my equipment too old to cover?

No. Our service plans cover systems regardless of age. In fact, a plan is often most valuable on older equipment, where maintenance and parts coverage help you get more reliable years out of it.

Does a plan cover my water heater?

Yes. Our heating and hot water plans cover water heater parts such as elements, the thermostat, and the pilot, so your hot water is protected along with your heat.

What is the 15% discount?

Covered plans include your labor plus a 15% discount on the listed parts that become defective from normal wear and tear, which keeps repair costs down across the life of your equipment.
